Wonderful
Everything was great except the restaurant in the evening Bar staff were awesome and room was great
The evening dinner was unfortunately terrible, the waiter tried really hard to be professional but the chef should feel ashamed at the standard of food served, I was served half a flattened chicken with frozen potato wedges and my wife’s dinner was cold. A child would have done a better job. We had a great day and didn't want to spoil it by complaining and laughed it off but other diners did complain, we didn’t dine there again, such a shame, everything else about the hotel was great.

I really liked the hotel especially the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We also had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. I will come back again.

Wonderful
The rooms were beautiful and very well equipped. Little touches were great. Had a lovely walk around the park that is opposite in the morning. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
The physical reception area and downstairs toilets need a little attention.

Love the location and the vibe, the hotel has its atmosphere. Rooms with park view are the best choice
I love this calm location near the beautiful old park, few steps from museums, shopping area, duomo and Brera district. The management stuff is helpful and welcoming.
Room service could be better. Lack of basic amenities, water etc, for a 4*hotel I could expect more. Although the stuff is easy and helpful on demand
