Wonderful
The rooms were beautiful and very well equipped. Little touches were great. Had a lovely walk around the park that is opposite in the morning. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
The physical reception area and downstairs toilets need a little attention.

Love the location and the vibe, the hotel has its atmosphere. Rooms with park view are the best choice
I love this calm location near the beautiful old park, few steps from museums, shopping area, duomo and Brera district. The management stuff is helpful and welcoming.
Room service could be better. Lack of basic amenities, water etc, for a 4*hotel I could expect more. Although the stuff is easy and helpful on demand

Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the action.
Good positioning not too far from the city center but also not too far from the train station. Away from the hustle and bustle and near a nice park. Room was fairly modern and the gym was well equipped and open early in the morning.
I have no complaints.

Comfortable and convenient lodging
The email communication was smooth even before our stay. The ladies on staff were friendly and made for a good stay.
The atmosphere would be better if the music in the breakfast restaurant was played a little louder.
